Due to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) of 02.07.2023, we are offering our employees, suppliers and customers a new contact option via our homepage. You can use this to report legal or ethical irregularities or misconduct in our company.
This includes, for example, breaches of applicable law or company guidelines, such as the misuse of data, corruption or breaches of occupational safety regulations.
The report may concern behavior by all employees and/or third parties (external business partners or service providers) that does not comply with or violates legal provisions, company guidelines or company regulations.
This option can be used if other channels via superiors or other contacts have failed and/or you fear disadvantages for yourself if the violation is discovered. This will enable you to submit a confidential, protected report in future.
What can you do?
If you witness a grievance, even if you only hear about it in passing, or if a colleague or superior urges you to take a certain action, you can use our reporting channel to submit a confidential and protected report.
How can the report be submitted?

How will my report be processed?
Your report will first be processed by the company’s internal compliance team while maintaining confidentiality and will then be passed on exclusively to the management for information and further processing with the aim of deciding on appropriate follow-up measures to remedy the grievance. The identity of the whistleblower is also only passed on to these bodies. Every serious report will be investigated and processed.
If the whistleblower provides personal details, KBR will only disclose the registered details, including the names of the persons concerned, to other bodies if this is enforced by the courts or authorities or if the person concerned has consented to this.
