Das Angebot ist freibleibend. Der Vertrag kommt erst mit Annahme der Seminaranmeldung zustande. Nach Annahme erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung. Sofern uns ein Rücktritt bis zu 10 Werktage vor dem Seminar schriftlich vorliegt, erheben wir keine Seminargebühr. Bei späterer Abmeldung muss die gesamte Seminargebühr entrichtet werden. Es ist jedoch zulässig, einen Ersatzteilnehmer zu benennen. Sollte das Seminar aus wichtigem Grund (z.B. Erkrankung des Referenten) von KBR abgesagt werden, werden bereits gezahlte Seminargebühren zurückerstattet. Weitere Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

Das BAFA äußert sich zur fristgerechten Durchführung wie folgt:
Falls Sie bedingt durch die Corona-Krise das Energieaudit nicht fristgerecht durchführen konnten, holen Sie nach Beendigung der Krise das Energieaudit bzw. die Online-Erklärung unverzüglich nach und geben eine kurze Begründung z. B. wegen Coronakrise kein Betretungsrecht durch Externe.
Die Vor-Ort-Begehung ist Teil der DIN EN 16247-1. Somit ist das Energieaudit erst vollständig abgeschlossen, wenn auch die Vor-Ort-Begehung durchgeführt wurde.
Die Vor-Ort-Begehung ist unverzüglich nachzuholen, sobald die Corona-bedingte Ausnahmesituation beendet ist.
Während der Krise erfolgt keine Stichprobenkontrolle durch das BAFA.
