We have completely switched to an online application process. This allows us to respond to you as quickly as possible and make the process efficient for everyone involved.

You will usually receive a response from us within a week. It is important to us that you are not left in the dark for long.

Your qualifications are listed in your resume, but what matters most to us is that you fit into the KBR team.

We are committed to long-term cooperation, which is why our employment contracts are generally open-ended.

You can find the number of hours per week we require directly in the respective job advertisement.

We generally have a 40-hour week. However, we also look for part-time employees from time to time.

It is important to us that work and private life are compatible.

If it suits your job and the team’s workflow, you can work remotely one day a week.

We work flexible hours with a framework working time of 6:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday). On Fridays, we finish work at 12:15 p.m. for a relaxed start to the weekend.

Some areas also have individual working hours.
Production, for example, starts at 6:00 a.m. and on Fridays we start the weekend at 11:15 a.m.

We place great importance on the continuous development of our employees. Together, we will look at which training and further education courses suit you, your role, and your goals.

Our permanent positions have a six-month probationary period. This gives both sides enough time to get to know each other.

After a successful probationary period, we have a little ritual: you officially sign our team sign.

We are located in Schwabach in the Falbenholz industrial park, very close to the ORO shopping center, with direct access to the A6 and B2 highways. There is plenty of parking available, and bus stops are only a few minutes away.

We use a digital time tracking system that allows you to easily clock in and out at the beginning and end of your working day. You can also use it to manage your personal flexitime account.

On your first day, your team leader will welcome you and show you around the most important areas. You will get to know your colleagues and be given a tour of our building. On your first day, you will also meet:

  • Nicole (Head of Human Resources), who will discuss all organizational matters relating to your start with you.
  • Bernd (Quality Manager), who will provide you with your initial training.
  • Our IT department, which will equip you with your hardware and all access data.
  • Jessica, Simon, and Achim (Management), who will warmly welcome you to the team.

Once you have settled in, you will also get to know the other departments.

We create an individual training plan for each new employee and make sure we take enough time for your induction.
