As one of the leading service providers for power quality measurements, we draw on a wealth of experience that has been built up over decades. Our network experts, who are qualified as power quality experts (VDE), are at your disposal with their specialist knowledge. We carry out energy measurements in accordance with the current standards EN 50160 and IEC 61000-2-2/2-4.
Our trained PQ experts will be happy to visit you personally for a precise measurement. The installation of live measuring devices on powerful main distribution boards requires special know-how and protective equipment. Each of our service employees is regularly trained for this task and is equipped with individual protective equipment.
Load profile analysis to evaluate the company’s own electricity grid and design possible compensation measures.
The cos phi is also evaluated in order to support the design of compensation systems.
The report contains diagram printouts for voltage, current and power values as well as an assessment of the power quality in accordance with EN 50160.
Assessment of power and voltage quality according to EN 50160 and in addition to EN 61000-2-2 or EN 61000-2-4.
All standardized measured variables are explicitly displayed and evaluated, including grid events such as voltage dips and transients. Interference records in RMS value and oscilloscope diagrams are available, whereby the frequency range is measured up to at least 5 kHz.
The evaluation is based on annotated diagrams and a summary of all important points with an assessment of relevance. Possible solutions are named and dimensioned.
Assessment of power and voltage quality and troubleshooting in the company’s own power grid in accordance with EN 50160 and in addition to EN 61000-2-2 or EN 61000-2-4.
EN 61000-2-2 is the first and only standard that specifies limit values in the frequency range from 2 to 150 kHz to identify faults in plant and machinery. The clock frequencies of regenerative converters, PV inverters and electric vehicle charging stations lie in this range, particularly between 3 kHz and 150 kHz.
The evaluation is based on annotated diagrams and a summary of all important points with an assessment of relevance. Possible solutions are named and dimensioned.
